immunizations: Pediarix (DTaP/IPV/HepB), Prevnar 13 , Hiberix , Rotarix (given orally)

4 months of age
well child visit
immunizations: Pediarix (DTaP/IPV/HepB), Prevnar 13 , Hiberix , Rotarix (given orally)

6 months of age
well child visit
immunizations: Pediarix (DTaP/IPV/HepB), Prevnar 13 , Hiberix , Flu vaccine *– if in season

9 months of age
well child visit
no immunizations (unless needs flu vaccine* )

12 months of age
well child visit
immunizations: Proquad (MMR/Varivax), Prevnar 13, flu vaccine* - (if hasn't received earlier)

immunizations: Kinrix (DTaP/IPV), If not already given for Kindergarten.  , flu vaccine * (if in season)

* Please note :    *The influenza vaccine (flu vaccine) is given annually, starting at 6 months of age.  The first year your child receives the flu vaccine, in order to be optimally protected, he or she requires 2 doses given 1 month apart.  Thereafter, your child will need one dose yearly. Flu vaccines are usually available annually between August and February each year, while supplies last.

Starting in 2020 there will be additional prescheduled appointments after 5pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Same day sick appointments 9am - 12noon.
