Our Services

MM2MB

Denise Wolken MD Pediatrics offers a full array of services to help your child maintain good health.

Well-Child Care Exams

Routine well child check visits are important to track your child's growth and development. Immunizations have been one of the single greatest advances in preventative medicine and an essential part of well-child care. At Denise Wolken MD Pediatrics, we follow the immunization guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). For descriptions of these vaccines and the diseases they protect against, please visit the AAP's Immunization page.

Immunizations

Parents often have questions about which immunizations they can expect at their   child's annual physical. Click on the correct link below if you would like to review this information before your visit.

GG Imm 2mb Physical Exam Forms

We will provide each patient a NY State Physical Form for PreK - 12th grade at the end of their annual well child care appointment. This form is good for one year from the date of the exam. Please hold onto a copy of this form for when it is requested for school, sports or camp.

Sick Child Diagnosis and Treatment

At Denise Wolken MD Pediatrics, we try hard to provide same day appointments for your sick or injured child. Please call the office at 315-991-4180 during business hours for an appointment. Consultation for medical or behavioral problems that are longstanding (greater than 2 weeks) should be scheduled in advance.

Telemedicine Visits

Starting with COVID-19 changes - Denise Wolken MD Pediatrics quickly adapted to offer Telemedicine Visits.  Using a HIPPA compliant platform, families can meet Dr. Wolken in a virtual online room and chat with her while staying in the comfort of their own home.

Patient Portal

We are excited to offer a patient portal option for our families!

Using the portal allows secure, convenient communication between you and our office, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This type of communication allows us to deliver secure documents at your request, and also allows you to access parts of your child’s medical chart from any portable internet device or from the privacy of your home.  Though the patient portal is meant for communicating non-urgent needs or concerns only, it is a great avenue to ask that question you think about after hours and never find time to call and ask during office hours.

Check out the features of our patient portal and how it can be integrated into the health care of your children.
