Inside the Building --IS STILL OUR WELL ONLY ZONE - We strive to provide a well only environment for our babies, toddlers, preschoolers and now our school age patients. WE WILL CONTINUE OUR STRICT ONE PARENT AND ONLY ONE PATIENT RULE- We ask you not to bring other children with you at this time. NO SICK ADULTS OR KIDS ALLOWED INSIDE. We are opening up for school physicals for children up to 11 years old this week and will start seeing our 12 year olds and our teens starting June 1st. Feel free to call and schedule your child's appointment. Physicians and staff will be wearing face coverings as well as all parents and children over 4 years old. You can bring your own or we will provide one for you. Our waiting room will continue to be closed and you will need to use your car as the waiting area and use your cell phone to check in when your arrive. Abby will ask you some of the history questions over the phone and bring you to your room when it is ready. We are fully stocked with vaccines your child may need. At the end of the visit, we will provide a completed school physical form. We are trying to schedule our well visits mostly in the mornings.
Outside the Building-- IS OUR PARKING LANE VISIT ANY SICK CHILD WHO NEEDS EARS LOOKED AT OR LUNGS LISTENED TO OR SWABBED FOR STREP WILL BE EXAMINED OUTSIDE IN YOUR CAR WITH DR WOLKEN IN FULL PPE (GOGGLES, MASK, GOWN AND GLOVES) WE ARE TRYING TO GROUP THE OUTDOOR SICK VISITS IN THE AFTERNOONS ONLY.
