Our old patient portal is closed. Your old portal access through our website will no longer work to the old portal. We are excited to say that our new patient portal is here and offers better features and more connectivity to your child's medical home.
All established patients (even those who had registered and set up the old portal account before 12/1/2020) must register for your new portal account. Call the office at 315-991-4180, to obtain a secure PIN code for each of your children and the link to set up a new parent portal for your family. Soon all users of the new patient portal will have the opportunity to download an app on their phones to access the portal directly.

If you are interested in registering to become new patients at Denise Wolken MD Pediatrics, please call the office 315-991-4180 during office hours and we will be happy to register you over the phone. Sorry about the inconvenience as we are onboarding our new portal and do not want you to get caught up in the confusion. Once registered as a new patient, we can also send you the link to use the new portal.
